Momentum Accelerator for high team performance in an administrative team.
Stafford Bonded, a leading Bond Storage and Brokerage business, wanted to help their administrative team to perform at their best and address inefficiencies in their work design, impacting their momentum.
We gathered Initial Insights about the team, its strategic priorities and key projects from the CEO and Client Lead. Using this information, we tailored our Momentum Diagnostic survey and shared it with the 18 members of Stafford Bonded’s administrative team.
We analysed the quantitative and qualitative insights from the survey and produced a Momentum Diagnostic report that highlighted the opportunities for momentum of the team, such as their need for “Availability of information” and “Coordinated task management”. It also gave the team a Momentum Score and broke down the insights by age, location and tenure.
This enabled us to identify effective work design recommendations, focused on the top priority Momentum Needs of the team. We then leveraged our Tangible Action Database and additional research to identify and prioritise by impact, the targeted micro-actions that would best address the needs, such as KPI Tracking, Learning Partner Scheme and New jobs to be done allocation. We provided the Project Lead with a Momentum Tracker to track the delivery of the targeted micro-actions.
Stafford Bonded’s team was empowered to address their biggest opportunities for momentum, enabling them to do their best work. The Tangible Actions delivered, included helping the team to put clear KPIs in place and optimising technology utilisation, to achieve a 10%-time savings per team member each week.
