How it worked
In the two 90-day cycles of Commercial Edge and Team Power, we got insights on performance gaps and challenges, ran Challenge Sessions (virtually) and provided Tangible Actions to guide implementation.
Cycle 1: Commercial Edge
Helped the managers to think like business owners, make sharper decisions and drive results.
Cycle 2: Team Power
Worked with the managers to build accountable, high-performing teams, to multiply their impact.
Manager Sidekick
The managers were given extended access to the Manager Sidekick platform, after the cycles were finished.
