Edward Dillon, a leading distributor of premium spirit and wine brands, including Bacardi, Hennessy, Jack Daniel’s and Martini, had a challenge around building an aligned, coordinated team, coming out of the past couple of years of Covid.
We gathered initial insights and tailored our Momentum Diagnostic survey, sharing it with the 44 team members.
The team’s Momentum Diagnostic report was prepared summarising our research findings with analysis across demographics to highlight opportunities for momentum in the team.
To address these opportunities, we provided specific work design recommendations while leveraging our Tangible Action Database, and additional research, to identify the most effective targeted micro-actions. These actions included defined KPIs, role clarity across the team, cross-department monthly meetings and an actionable learnings capturer.
Edward Dillon had a 100% Tangible Action completion rate within 6 months.
