Masterclasses on Prioritisation skills for team managers and team members.
Imperial College London is a world top ten university with an international reputation for excellence in teaching and research. They engaged with Sprintmodo to deliver interactive training sessions (Masterclasses) to cross-functional groups of university employees at different levels (managers and team members), to develop their business skills through effective prioritisation.
We delivered a targeted training programme in the form of Masterclasses, for a diverse range of university employees. We ran separate, interactive, skill-enhancing training sessions that were conducted both virtually and in-person and were tailored to meet the specific needs of managers and team members.
The Masterclasses were designed to boost high team performance and skills development, leveraging insights from Sprintmodo’s Momentum Needs of “Coordinated task management”, “Strategic clarity across the team” and “Specific, measurable and ambitious goals” and incorporating learn-by-doing through Tangible Actions. It was delivered in a way that combined lecture style elements, with tool and technique recommendations, and interactive elements to foster greater engagement and enable the practical application of the training immediately.
The feedback received by Sprintmodo was highly positive, with client testimonials highlighting the success of the training and an average participant rating of 9 out of 10. As a result of this success, Imperial College London has worked with Sprintmodo again for additional support.
